★★★★★ Josh was absolutely fantastic! He was a great resource on whether the house we were looking at was of good value. He was also very honest and knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at as well, which was super helpful. He was prompt and diligent throughout our process of buying a home and went above and beyond in trying to get us everything we could possibly get. I think he was just as excited as we were when we found our right home which made the experience that much better! We had a very short timeline and a hurricane in between but he was with us every step of the way, fully informed and communicative; he was just incredible! Highly recommend!
He also knows some great recommendations for home inspectors and insurance people.
