Ian Readman
Ian Readman is Graystone’s Chairman and Founder. A serial Entrepreneur, Ian has grown several successful Real Estate and Information Technology businesses. After selling his first Real Estate business in 1999, he developed a pioneering Cloud Computing business, which was eventually sold to a UK-based PLC in 2014.
Ian is passionate about growing organizations by developing its people. His mantra is doing business with integrity. This ethic runs strongly through all the companies he has helped create.
A fanatical kiteboarder, Ian can be seen out on the water around Tampa Bay whenever it is windy, work permitting, of course!
Jorge Vazquez
Jorge Vazquez is the CEO of Graystone Investment Group and a licensed real estate broker, landlord, private lender, and investor with over two decades of experience. He and his team have successfully completed more than 3,000 transactions.
Jorge is a well-respected member of the Forbes Business Council. He has written numerous articles on real estate, entrepreneurship, and business that have been featured in Forbes Magazine. He has worked with both small companies and prominent hedge fund firms, including Blackstone’s Invitation Homes Partner from 2012 to 2013.
Before joining Graystone, Jorge founded and served as CEO of TJ Global Investments, which was later acquired by Graystone. Prior to getting into real estate, he worked as a licensed financial specialist for several local banks, which allowed him to build a valuable network of contacts related to investment property supply.
As a real estate investor and business owner, Jorge has a wealth of experience to offer. He served as a Director at New Era Networking, a prominent networking group in the busy South Tampa area, for seven years. During this time, he played a significant role in teaching local business owners valuable online marketing skills. Moreover, Jorge is known for his altruistic nature and dedication to volunteering on not-for-profit boards.
Jorge has been honored with multiple awards and recognitions, including being named one of the top 10 Latinos of the year in Tampa Bay by Latin Times Magazine in January 2008. Additionally, in August 2011, they were recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as one of the Top 25 out of 700 businesses nominated for the “Up & Comers” Awards. Most notably, in December 2012, Jorge’s business was bestowed with the Medium-Sized Business of the Year Award from the Tampa Latin Chamber of Commerce.
