What’s the referral fee?

• $750 for each single-family home

• $750 for the first unit of any multifamily property + 25% of monthly rent for each additional unit in that same building

When do I get paid?

As soon as the first rental payment clears the bank.

How do I get paid?

Just email an invoice to jay@graystoneig.com with:

• The property address

• Landlord’s name

• Note: “Referral Payment” in the memo

Payment will be sent to your Brokerage.
