Why I’m So Proud of My Team and This Rookie Investor

Every once in a while, something happens that reminds me why I built Graystone in the first place.

Earlier today, I received a message from one of our brand-new investors, Bobby, from Massachusetts. He joined our VIP program just a month ago, completely new to real estate — and now, only 30 days later, he’s got his first BRRRR deal under contract in Florida.
