★★★★★ I had the pleasure of working with Michael Kernodle and was blown away by the experience. In most situations, I have to track down the realtors to get updates but Michael beat me to the punch every time and constantly kept me updated on where his buyers were in the process. He managed to negotiate over 30k off the asking price, full concessions, and a new roof! Throughout the entire process, it was extremely evident that Michael has his clients best interest at heart and was going to do anything in his power to get them the best deal.
