Graystone Investment Group COO Jay Michalec Selected as Featured Speaker for Tampa Bay Generational Wealth Event
TAMPA, Fla. — October 5, 2026 — Graystone Investment Group is proud to announce that Jay Michalec, Chief Operating Officer of Graystone Investment Group, has been selected as a featured speaker for “Let’s Talk Generational Wealth: Building Wealth Across Generations,” an upcoming Tampa Bay event presented by the Asian Real Estate Association of America – Greater Tampa Bay (AREAA GTB) in collaboration with the Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS®.
The event will take place on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Brio Italian Grille, 601 S. Howard Ave., Tampa, FL 33606.
Michalec will join fellow featured speakers Lam Nguyen of Prudential Advisors and Marlene Behlman of Torch Team for an educational discussion centered on real estate, financial planning, investing, legacy building, and strategies designed to help individuals and families think more intentionally about building wealth across generations.
Representing Graystone’s Long-Term Investment Philosophy
As COO of Graystone Investment Group, Michalec plays a key leadership role in the company’s operations and continued growth, including its real estate investment and property management divisions.
His experience provides a practical perspective on the operational side of real estate investing, including acquiring properties, managing renovations, overseeing rental operations, improving efficiencies, and helping investors build portfolios designed for long-term performance.
